WWF SYM DE : update 2 preview :Arenas,Sound,Loading screens and more! (Patreon)

Right where to begin...

Arenas : As you can see from the shot of Booker T at the entrance way the Raw 2001 set is now fully implemented. I actually made 3 versions of this using different assets that you will get to vote on later to see which makes the cut. The one you are seeing above is using new customized yukes textures by me as I thought the standard sym one didn't convey the colours and reflections of the steel. 

Raw isn't the only new set in this update, all of the PPV arenas have had a few minor updates as well not to mention the brand new July PPV : Fully Loaded. Which comes complete with restored season mode intro and commentary from J.R & The King. So for this ver the yearly PPV Schedule will look like: Royal Rumble, No Way Out, WrestleMania X8, Backlash,Judgement day,King of the Ring,Fully Loaded, SummerSlam, Unforgiven, No Mercy, Survivor Series & Vengeance. This mirrors real life as before Invasion Fully Loaded was Scheduled and then the following year in the PPV calendar it was also slated but then replaced when they moved Vengeance and brought back Armageddon. 

WCW/World Title addition :As I have shown previously you will now be able to have both the WWF & WCW/World titles available, The WCW title acts like all other belts with the game just go to your show owner and ask for an opportunity if you have enough superstar points.

Sound/Commentary : In addition to new lines for Fully Loaded, several cut lines from previous builds have been restored such as King and J.R talking about The Rocks Return, Steve Austin and the Undertaker as heels, New ring announcements referring to Ric flair and Vince McMahon as Co owners of the WWF.

Selection Pictures : Where needed certain members of the roster now have updated selection renders better matching the time period, using photos that WWF.com and WWF magazine the using for said superstars for majority of the year.

120 TitanTrons & Theme music : while this was "spoiled" in a post I made a week ago now to touch on it again there are just over 120 individual titantron and wrestler entrance music available here (not counting jingles and show themes!) with this you should be able to have a complete 2001 to 2002  experience... as well as some true to 2000's video game form extras like  multiple trons for several stars. Great for the CAW and customization so you can do things you wished (or at least I  did) could do back in the day such as titantrons and music for people  that didn't make the roster but also being able to revert to older trons  for say split tag teams or stars that changed tron/theme within the  last 18 months.

Attires: Following from music, as to be expect superstars will have extra outfits to fit the time period & also in some cases match up perfectly with older videos/music. Not to mention some lower down the card stars that wore various event specific t-shirts will have them in game. I will also add here that I have started added this shirts to some members of the crowd in different PPV arenas for a later update. 

Loading Screens : This is something I'm pretty happy with. Brand new loading screens. Now its no secret I love yukes and their style of doing thing so I have tired my best to mimic their style of loading screens but to make them fit this DE while looking as official as possible, I've made just over 30 thus far so I hope you all like the first look at them.  

Backstage :In this update you will start to see new backstage elements in this update, Such as the APA office door, Parts of Regals office, different sign boards backstage, easter eggs such has WWF magazine issues & more PPV posters, as well as more real world event stuff too. There are however even more new things to come, 5 new weapons (including Moppy!) a brand new backstage arena that I will show off at a later date as I'm still working on the room

New Entrance moves : These might not make it into this update but will in the one just after, right now so you can expect new tag team entrances for Edge & Christian,  The Dudley Boyz and I'm currently working on one for The Brothers of Destruction! 

New/Old winning moves have also been added back in, these were used in the E3 2002 build as well as the 2002 UK Press event, Such as Steve Austins old SD2/JBI winning pose most of these were place holders but have been added back into the game for fun.

 Season Draft on Raw or Smackdown?! : Thats right if you want it just like on TV you'll be able to hold the draft on the Raw 2001 set or if you have nostalgia for that very first SYM trailer from may of 2002 you can have it take place on the Smackdown arena,they'll will of course have to be separate downloads.

Release date: I'm targeting April , I might try and squeeze a few more things in if I can but if not look forward to the update after this cuz thats gonna be pretty nuts!
