SVR 2008 DE : Exclusive feature reveal #1- Manual targeting returns! (Patreon)

This was the first feature that has been tested by some patreons for the past 2 months, while there still a little work to make sure it works on all cfw platforms and emulators its about 90% of the way there so I am happy to reveal it.

This was actually in all builds of svr 2008 up till somewhere round the summer when they decided to remove it! Now I don't know about you some times the auto targeting on this game goes crazy in multi man matches and having manual 1 and manual 2 back make things so much easier!

There is one more feature that I hoping makes a return here but thats still long in test stages so you'll have to wait for more info on that. 

Lastly my TV blew yesterday so if anyones waiting on downloads or anything please note I'll be sending stuff out tonight, I'm currently out deal hunting while trying not to go mad that I need a new tv after 15 years!
