2006 DE PCSX2 recommended specs and settings (Patreon)

Hi you guys I have been testing and while we are about 90% people with no issues on pcsx2 we need to get that to 100% 

First off again I will start by saying svr 2006 is the most demanding of the series.

I would strongly recommend using PCSX2 1.4.0 over 1.6.0

I have attached my graphic/video settings above and I experienced no crashes.

Secondly Bio's the USA V2.20 is by far the most stable and I would also suggest running that hand in hand with everything I have recommended thus far.

One final note, using CAWs in this build of the de is not recommended as it errors the gm mode and can cause a crash (this will be fixed)
