For example, Tedd copies short feminine Elliot's form, which is normally blonde.

Could it be fun for Tedd to keep their hair a purple hue instead of becoming blonde, making them more quickly identifiable as Tedd in color?

Put more generally:

When copying someone else's form, would changing everything but hair color be fun?

(For the second option from the top, Tedd would end up with light purple hair. If Tedd were to instead copy Susan, they would have black hair with purple highlights.)

Can vote for more than one so that the first two options can both be selected.

Results will not change the standard rules for clone forms. Consistent hair colors make sense. This would be an alternative option, most likely in non-canon images.

I'd prefer to keep something recognizable about the true person.

It's only allowing a single choice.

For me, If it is fun cloning with the tf gun, then keeping the hair colour as it is, is the best idea. If it's an evil being using clone forms that overwrite the target's personality with the clone form personality, then the hair colour also changes. In that situation, as the clone personality takes over, the hair slowly changes to match the clone's hair colour until a few strands of their original hair colour remain on their fringe.

Is this in the app? I've heard this complaint before, but the poll is set for multiple choice.

FinalBossBowser

Okay, now I can see your reply. Yes I am using the app, which seems to also have problems with showing replies to comments sometimes, outlined in another comment I am about to delete as it is now unnecessary.

Merle Blue

It's good to keep something identifying about them!

I am tweeting at Patreon with the furry of a thousand angry badgers, but I'm not sure it will fix anything >_< I might have to rethink future polls if they refuse to fix this.

I shave my beard and my own family doesn't know me, I shudder to think of what changing my hair color would do.

I think it only works if it's done on purpose, probably with some long convoluted Tedd reasoning about why it should be that way....or why there should be an option to keep hair color.
