Lol. There's an anime called Chainsaw Man. The main character can pull a cord on his chest to become Chainsaw Man, with chainsaws coming out of his arms and forehead and a mouth that would give a shark envy.

This is the sort of place where I'd probably lampshade their speaking in a language that all the players can understand with, "There's a variety of creatures working together that only share one language in common. Specifically, Common. So that's what they use to communicate with each other so long as you're facing diverse groups. Now, if you get a pack that's all one native language block, then that's going to disappear."
