You know, I'm not actually sure what anime I'd use as an example. I was GOING to say Fairy Tail, but then I started listing the things I liked about it, and the list was FAR too long to credibly say "I just like how some of the characters look".

I guess I'm not as superficial about Fairy Tail as I thought. Huh.

Lists are helpful!

Granted, watching something just for the attractive characters is more something younger me would've done, and if any of those were only good because of that, they haven't stayed in my memory long enough for me to mention them here.

The Fifth

Pleading the fifth very, VERY roughly means the right to refuse incriminating one’s self. Were this a trial, Elliot would effectively be refusing to testify.

For a far less rough description, please consult The Constitution of The United States.

It will be a perilous heist, full of danger and intrigue, but what do you mean you can just look it up for free what am I supposed to do with this grappling hook

Back when 3d animation was new and shiny, I watched everything on YTV that was 3d animated. Even Beasties, although I had zero interest in transformers (and didn't even realize they were supposed to be the same thing until decades later).

... actually, the reason I found that out was from reading Shortpacked, which was also not something I would normally read, but Willis' other comics were good so I just read them all.

Fair enough... but if you find the drama tag sticking out of a wall... DON'T PULL IT! We have enough of that in the main comic, let's just enjoy the silly back-and-forth between Susan and Elliot about fandom.

Opus the Poet

There were other anime that featured female characters with exaggerated bustlines that had minimal storytelling, but Slayers had the MC with no boobs and every other female character past puberty having DD or larger and also storytelling, as well as an attack that became almost as iconic and destructive as the Kamehameha Wave of DBZ, the Dragonslayer.

There are plenty series I've watched over the years that had women with large breasts, but still contained at least good storytelling: Slayers, Dragonball, Lupin the Third, and Gaogaigar to name a few examples

Yes, it is so insulting when people assume that you can't have one unless you DON'T have the other.
