4k Milestone Changed (Patreon)

We're a long way off from it, but I've decided to change the 4k milestone goal. It was originally a two character transformation sequence, but I've decided a two character sequence on a monthly basis could be problematic from a production schedule standpoint.

As such, I've changed it so the second place transformation sequence poll winner will also be drawn. That effectively makes it so the final current milestone is getting half of every poll drawn.
