Parable, Parable comic, Parables are the champions...!

Commentary

I debated whether to make a joke about stored equipment, the implication being that Rhoda was just carrying a giant hammer around much like Susan somehow carried all of her potions and such around, or what's seen above.

I decided "hammer space" would confuse what I was going for with the invisible inventory without pockets option.

Also, I really like the mental image of these guys just standing around waiting for someone to show up.

RHODA'S HARDCORE NOW!

... honestly, that feels like exactly the level of poor decision making I'd expect from this guy.

As far as I'm concerned, every dungeon, lair, and boss area should have an "In case of evil" weapon rack. Of course, some lairs would then have the "In case of good" nasty spiked mace.

Right across from each other, so as the evil and good guys clock in, they can greet each other casually as they arm up...

Just like the coyote and sheepdog from the cartoon. "Morning, George." "Morning, Arthok."

I just barely got the Digimon reference, having heard part of the theme once or twice about 20 years ago.

Daryl Sawyer

Damn, badass Rhoda is especially badass.

"In case of evil, break glass"

The real question there is why didn't Bowser ever use it when you were halfway across?
