Hey guys! 

We are dangerously close to wrapping up season 2 of The Boys and to be honest, all I want to do is move right along to season 3! We will have a poll, and I have a feeling that will be the outcome!

I think season 4 is going to come sooner rather than later, too--it's almost 2024, and Amazon Prime's already dropped a teaser trailer for season 4. :D

The Canary thing is thing of old times, where Miner go into mines with a Canary. Because they are more sensitive to Gas and stuff. So in case Miners open a space where Gas leakes the Canary would start to chirp because of it, which would tell the Miners to leave asap otherwise they will die to the Gas because they wouldn't really notice it until it's to late.

I'm excited for Season 4 too. I think he needs to watch the rest of The Boys ASAP so he can fit in Gen V before Season 4 starts.

Hey alex just catching up with these. The canary reference is a callback to old school coal mines where miners would bring a canary down with them. Their respiratory system is more sensitive than ours, so if there was a co2 leak or buildup, the canary would pass out and that's how you know you have to start going back out, because you'll pass out too and die. So the canary is like an early warning system to make sure you don't over-commit
