Hey everyone!

Here's the last episode of the mini binge today! I think they wrapped up this story quite nicely! I learned that in this episode, Lux Bonteri's line about Steela Gerrera, "What good will that do us if she gets herself killed?" is almost identical to Luke Skywalker's line about Han Solo in Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope (1977). Pretty wild!

hey alex please make sure to rewatch the prequel movies (at least episode 3) before the final 4 episodes of season 7. i think you can only benefit from it and will make the experience of the final so much better than it already is! (at least in privat)

Yes, I think the portrayal of the rebels as borderline “terrorists” is meant to show that it’s quite a complex issue and morally grey. The Jedi are definitely engaging in some morally dubious behavior which you will see more later in the show. They have somewhat lost their way and so has the Republic with it being questionable if the whole Clone War is even really justified, and especially the Jedi, who are supposed to be “peacekeepers,” should be involved with it. This helps lead to other important events within this show, and the Republic’s eventual fall. All in line with Palpatine’s master plan, of course.
