Perona - Halloween 2023 (Patreon)

This is for a charm I'd like to have available for the upcoming Halloween sale. I might also make it into a small glow-in-the-dark standee and stickers. 

I sketched this design last year but I ran out of time to finish it. Glad I was able to get it ready this year! Perona's one of my favorite One Piece characters, and her timeskip design is really great.
