RPoB Book Progress (Patreon)

Hi! Just wanna let everyone know of how the book version of Royal Princess of Blood is progressing. I have finished my own initial editing, clean up grammars, cut off or shorten a couple scenes, some small chapter rewrites and such. Mostly were on the writing prose. And with that step done, it's time to progress to the next part, which is to find an editor and have them edit it, to proofread and make sure there are no errors and such.

I already found and contacted with an editor, and they have a pretty good track record. But, editing is scheduled to start in June. So there's gonna be some waiting on that part. Was hoping to be a bit earlier than that, but oh well. I just have to get someone good with their job for my own sanity. XD

So my plan for the time being, I suppose, is to start on the book's cover illustration. Gotta start booking early to avoid getting in a late slot. XD. Given that the first book is titled "The Pure Princess", as one might expect, Estelia is gonna be the star of the illustration. I already listed two artists to consider whose art style are pretty cool (I'm quite picky in that department). But I'm still gonna search around and ask for their prices, ones that just fits the budget that I saved.

As for when we can expect the book to come out. I was hoping for around mid year, but considering that editing starts around the middle of June, release might be a couple of months after that, depending on the situation, like maybe I have to issue some changes after the editing.
