Yeah, that jaw clicking and dislocation is because of opening the mouth too big or continuously chewing on hard substances. Don't clench your teeth, do some jaw exercises, avoid opening it too wide and you should be fine.

That's not why he's always mad, I remember early in the manga, Hirokoshi left author pages after chapters and one of them said Bakugo was originally planned to be a happy/always positive character but decided to change him to an always angry character, it's not cuz of his quirk.
