Honestly it's interesting how Jeremiah was actually supposed to die to C.C in the last ep of season 1 but his popularity saved him. So I'm guessing they just incorporated a character that was not introduced that was going to side with Lelouch for being Lelouch Vi Britannia into Jeremiah. Although I'm surprised Nick remembers how Lelouch's mother looks like, lol. But man, I can never truly understand Schnitzel. He acts like he cares about people and his family, but he doesn't but his acting is so good it makes me wonder if he truly has SOME feelings for them. But I'm leaning on he doesn't.
