tbh, whether or not you like tatsuki, i think it's undeniable that she's a pretty well-written character. her actions are completely understandable, considering she's already been catching glimpses of what's really going on with the main cast but no one wants to actually let her in on it to protect her. same with the other two, although they're more on the goofy side, it's important to have "outsiders" like that appear at least semi-regularly. the obvious supernatural elements aside, things like that are what make bleach one of the more realistic shounen, which i personally love.

least popular arc but the payoff is MASSIVE at the end. one of the best fights in the entire series by far towards the end

Vailing Bow

This is basically the equivalent to the Skypiea arc in One Piece. Starts off pretty slow, has some of the best highs and the lowest lows.
