i noticed that you really like luck in black clover if you like him then you should really watch blue lock there is this one character in blue lock i think you will like called bachira he is kinda like luck but more of psychotic i guesse. the best i could describe blue lock is like squid game but with soccer in it. even though its a sport anime its more about ego then teamwork

To answer your question, Julius is the 28th Wizard King. The intro at the start of every episode with the 1st Wizard King defeating the ancient demon was exactly 500 years ago. During the past 500 years, yes there has been a Wizard Queen that you will see in the future.
