This drawing was a commission I took on from the same commissioner of "The Feather Machine". This time, his ticklish OC Flavio is at the mercy of another villain and another tickle device! The Velvet Knight has gotten ahold of "The Tickle Belt" and the poor muscular hunk can only laugh and laugh as the belt causes tickly sensations all over his helpless body!
