Sometimes a piece springs out of a funny title, sometimes from a particularly good piece of photo reference. This was a little from column A, a little from column B. I thought "Mr. TEE HEE HEE" was hilarious, and he was someone that would be fun to see tickled. We all love to see the muscular tough guy taken down a few notches with something as silly as a little foot tickle.
