A sequel of sorts to last week's classic drawing has my sexy Uncle Sam character getting revenge on George W's big bare feet. It was 2009 and Obama had just won the presidency, so I drew poor Georgie getting some tickle humiliation on the White House lawn in a piece I had to call "Yes You Can".
