I Can'tsk Stans It! (Patreon)

It's time for another cartoon revenge piece! Popeye delighted in tickling Bluto's trapped helpless bare foot in "The Royal Four-Flusher" episode, so I just had to draw a scenario where he got some payback. In the episode "Swimmer Takes All", Popeye actually winds up in this exact position but, sadly, Bluto just jumps over him to get ahead in the race. I mean, Popeye's bare feet were RIGHT THERE. What a missed tickletunity.

Anyone who knows me knows that I have a massive crush on Bluto. What can I say? I love hulking, brutish types with big feet who look a little mean. I provided a full color version of this drawing as well as a retro black and white one for you old-school Popeye fans. I hope you enjoy "I Can'tsk Stans It!" as much as I did drawing it!
