Extreme Makeover: Tickle Edition (Patreon)

I often got celebrity requests on my old site and some of them have since become pretty obscure. This one was for Ty Pennington, who was one of the hosts of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. He was kind of a hyper spazz on the show, so the requester wanted him to receive a little foot tickle punishment. He was a hottie back then, so I had fun drawing him.
