1:yes. The entire outro changes every episode. I think i mentioned this in the past but i forget. Maybe when u started the show but that was like 6 months ago so its natural to 4get. Its one detail i love about this anime 2: I did in fact warn u about the spoiler but not the preview. I said the narrator. I. Forgot the preview lol. 3: I think they did this because it's for suspense. We know that Nanami wiped out an entire village and took the katana and is now a user. But we dont know why. Why did she do this? Wasnt she going to help shichika and togame? Why would a kyotouryu need a katana? A bunch of questions like this is what i feel they wanted you to ask. Lastly, will he have to defeat her? Or will she end up helping them? Id love to hear your answer to all of these questions honestly. Lol.

Oh ok then that was my mistake for confusing where the spoiler was 😅 As for your questions, I'll try to answer then as best as I can lol. 1.) I have no clue. From Nanami's fight with the Bug Trio I got the impression that she's a pretty cold person so maybe she killed them all because they refused to give it to her easily. 2.) I'm hoping that she still does plan to help them but everything seems to be pointing to her eventually becoming an obstacle for us instead lol. 3.) That's a great question 😅 I might be wrong but I remember something about their father passing his teachings down mainly to Shichika instead right? (And then I think she learned it up through watching them use it). If that's the case then maybe she doesn't really consider herself a Kyoutouryu since no one trained her to be one. I literally have no clue. 4.) I'm thinking maybe both in a way. I know Nanami and Shichika have fought in the past and Nanami's won every time but she said that now she's not sure who would win so I'm almost 100% sure we're going to fight her again sometime. We might just fight her for the katana and then she'll join us but there's one problem which is that Shichika is also known to have killed every katana user he's faced up until this Konayuki encounter but it could also end with them fighting to the death instead. I think both alternatives could be just as likely especially since Shichika also has a history of being somewhat cold/emotionless as well (although he is slowly changing which we saw during his fight with Kanara).
