Giant Watchtower (Patreon)

Hi everyone!

New month, new map: "Giant Watchtower" [25x38] is the map that we present to you first in October.

A tall watchtower built in a remote area, far from human settlements and cities. A fortress where soldiers sleep, guard and detain prisoners. A place which has its puzzles, secret passages and gloomy secrets...

We left the sounds of the battle behind, as we were getting closer and closer to the watchtower. Our troops were tired after the last fight, but this time they had only one order - survive until Lord Commander comes back!
 He was wounded, but ready to fight. We had to get into this building, because up there, in those stone walls, his sister was waiting.

In the dispute between two brothers, there is no place for sentiments - even family members might be used as a diplomatic weapon, and their sister was no exception. Lord Commander as an older sibling was always taking care of her and the younger one was looking up to his sister.
 

The guards were already there. Masters of their art, veteran swordsmen - ready to give up their lives for the king and ready to kill in his name.
Old friends of my Lord.

They were supposed to be his brothers in arms, generals, last resort...
But they’ve decided to trust the fool who killed his own father, banished his brother, and imprisoned his mother and sister.

- Elderon, Samuel! Let us through, we don’t have to do this! Your king is gone mad, my brother is beyond salvation. I’m not asking you to join me, but please, don’t make me kill you!

His voice cracked as he asked for this, but they didn’t listen.
Both of them drew their swords and charged in a ruthless attack, trying to cut down my lord.

 The fight was short, but intense. Enemy knights were hitting with the feral force, blinded by the lies and bloodlust and Lord Commander was reflecting their attacks for some time, still begging them to stop.

You left us! You were never meant to be a king!
 We have to protect your family if you are not able to do it!

And the fight continued. I was keeping my distance, protecting his back, but I’ve heard everything loud and clear.

I’ve heard their final breaths and the cry of my Lord when the second body hit the ground.

We rushed inside the building, with the blades and faces still covered in blood and dust, but we had to get there as soon as possible.

But what did they find?
