They are on scale with the normal typical bug scale in the manatear, so "Bug sized" means spellfluxed bugs. 

To get through their territory safely, you just gotta be purposeful about not getting sidetracked, and don't mess with any of their machines.

They seem pretty neat! One envrionmental restoration is another environmental destruction. How do they determine/choose what is the right form for landscapes? Do they come into conflict a lot with other landscape altering forces, like other transients or hives, or civilizing spellfluxed?

Wonderful drone design, I love it. Though with the mention of recovery being more invovled makes me very curious: What is the process of restoring a spellfluxed if they get turned into nanite honey?

Mostly the issue they'd run into is being effectively a harmless slime if they become lucid. Nothing really strictly restricts them from using whatever TF method to turn into "not a slime", but it'll be harder than normal for it to take hold. Vectors themed around using the spellfluxed as a component in like mold making vectors would have no issue though.

they mostly end up being an oasis within a barren wasteland sort of scenario. They are really easy to find while travelling in those places because their macro af tree that is the center of their hive stands out.
