For the outfit maybe a stripper version of her regular outfit (see link below for example), a cowgirl outfit, or Workout clothes with "Pin me down and fuck my tits" (like the one drawn by Asthetic Meme, link below). For the setting I'd say a stripclub or champagne room for the stripper version, or a wrokout room for the workout clothes.
