Second poll winner!  I forgot to mention on the first poll Clawroline had won because of the triple votes, so I might still draw a Fluttershy one since it won the main poll!  I will most likely get rid of the triple votes for Tier 4 since it just makes things more complicated, but they will keep the character suggestions still.
