I have questions... I've contemplated the possibility of posting my art publicly and just using my patreon as a tip jar.  What are your thoughts? Would this cause you to leave? I'll still offer higher res art and requests. Would you want other exclusive rewards such as WIPs? I have a bunch of WIPs for upcoming art...  

How does other artists run their Patreon?

My honest feedback, if you want exposure is a great idea to run patreon as a tip jar, but in case it represents an important part of your monthly income doing that is a bad gamble. If you are good at something don't do it for free. After all your patreons are here because we like what you do.

Thanks for doing this thread again for us Rtenzo ! -Well you already know all my opinion on that hot Mina pic ! All I can say is defintely love and want to see more of that lip/cheek stretching versions again !! - As for the Rukia/Orihime pic just freakin glad to see such an old underrated set FINALLY get back into the spotlight again after so long. Sets like those need for shine 👌 As to best details of the pic itself is how the expressions on both girls with Rukia being shocked while Orihime with heart logos is great details to have.

I think it's a good idea. Plenty of people treat Patreon like that. Unless, like what Mista Berumondo said, this is your main source of income. Then it might be a big gamble. You could however out other fetishes that you haven't done before and make those public. See how people respond to it

Now as to your question. This is a big one ! Lol Now to how I feel on it. I'll say I'm definitely 50/50 on this subject. On side because I'm totally backing up Mista Berumondo opinion on the matter on one side but also see the pros on the other. To be clear on this as for you posting your art publicly I can defintely see the pros in such a thing since getting your art more exposure which inevitably can bring more pledges for you is always a great thing. That said I'm also half with this since its a fair/positive thing for thier to be exclusives for actual paetrons especially the high tier ones who pledge to get the perks they put thier money for you know ? And if it's like Mista said an that your pledges play a crucial part on your income or other expenses,etc then it can be a hindrance then an benefit. To give a great example of this artist Studio Oppai another favorite Paeteon hentai artist here deals with a similar issue like this.

Oh there will definitely more of that lip action. I've gotten some negative comments about it but it makes me want to draw it even more lol The Rukia and Orihime pic is one of my favorites actually, I like drawing size difference pics like with the boobs.

The exclusive art stuff makes sense and patreon does help my income. I've seen Studio Oppai art around, if I recall they do Naruto stuff... what do they deal with exactly?

That's said Enzo whatever you do I'll be 100% on board with it and won't be ever leaving no matter how you rearranged your pledging structure. And as to WIP's I think that would be a freakin awesome thing to have return back to your site !! Lmao it was always awesome trying to guess what upcoming pic had who and or what scenario in it !

I do definitely want to see some more WIPs, though it is nice seeing exclusive or early posts compared to what is shared publically. In the end, it is your decision.

I don’t know how patreon works, maybe if you showed off some highlighted pics publicly. I would say do whatever works best for you. I would love it if you expanded to other fetishes, especially bondage, but you do what you like. As others have said, just be careful and think hard about your decision.

Honestly I think your starting to go down a dark direction with your art, that Amina piece being a particular sign of it. I think you should start scaling yourself back a little before things end up looking like a copy of a copy of something, know what I mean?

I don’t think you making your artwork free would benefit you. You work hard on your art, but you can only come out with so much at a time. I think the time and effort you invest deserves a reward. At the same time though, I want more art. I personally would readily pay $100 a month for 7-10 pics a month. As it is, right now the reward isn’t worth the expenditure as I’ve got to prioritize. It’s my opinion that you should post more of the old art work that patreons can no longer access today, on your free website. Like this, you wouldn’t cut into your new material and you could increase your popularity. I’m sure if you asked your patreons to do so, they would flood websites with your artwork so lots of people could see it, come to your website and maybe become a patreon. chan.sankakucomplex.com is a good website to track the reception of your artwork on. After typing in your name you can find the most popular of your pictures and what types of poses people are digging the most, if you ever wonder. However, regardless of anything else, I don’t think going totally free would be a good choice for you. This week’s artwork? I think the sui-Feng/yoruichi pic would have been better if they were lookin at the ‘camera’. This is just my opinion, but I would love to see more MHA pics on Patreon Previews for the coming months, since its becoming more and more popular alongside your usual arts of Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, and Fairy Tail pics. :D

Thank you for the feedback. I do however post around 8 new pictures a month though. Which reward do you mean? I usually don't check other websites on feedback, if people have feedback they can let me know. My only source of feedback and audience engagement with my art is tumblr, twitter, my website and patreon. As for the kushina comment, I agree with you, but I think at the time I wanted to try something else and a different expression because most of the butt poses I do have the people looking back at the audience. Mina is the pink girl from My hero academia

There won't be any MHA art for patreon previews for awhile because a lot of them will be posted weekly for the WIP milestone I am doing

Maybe a bit of both? Have your patreon supporters have access for lets say two months (pure example being time stated here) before the high rez pics get released. That way they still do have a level of exclusivity, but the broad audience still eventually gets to see the high rez pics at some point. Or release high rez pics that have already been released in lower rez after reaching a patreon goal, I prefer the first option personally. These are just ideas that passed my mind while reading the post, so of course it could probably be improved and tailored. I guess you just have to balance whether you want people to see and get paid for your time invested. That being said, amazing art by the way. I've love your stuff ever since I first saw your stuff on Deviantart a years ago ago. I'm glad to finally be able to see your stuff for "real" so to speak now that I can pledge to you on the platform.

I would say maybe abit of both. Making everything free would definitly lead to alot of people to stop supporting you because why should they? It's free. However if those that support you gain something from it that makes it worth their time then it's a different thing. In the end this is something you would have to think greatly about.

If you start releasing to much of your art to open public then there wouldn't be much of a reason for low-tier pledgers like me to keep paying for your patreon.

A suggestion: higher tier patron requests and also commissions could have the option to be fetish art. Examples being lactation and nipple penetration

Tumblr is up to something again. First it was the captcha. Now it keeps redirecting to other tumblr sites when trying to reach the reward accounts.

That is very odd... It is happening to me as well... Tumblr is acting up again. I think it'll be resolved later on their end
