Metallic dyes don't do well with pastel colours or very "light" colours like Pastel Pink, Rose Pink, Pure White, and so on, so feel free to experiment and pick the dye type/accent type you like best for the colours you want! If you plan to use pastel or very light colours then you might prefer to use the Regular Dyeset options. IE: Pastel Pink will likely not look very good if you use the Metallic Dyeset options.
