There is room for BBW legs so probably TF Medium will fit as well under the dress, but I did notice Bibo+ hips are too big for this set, I had finished the body piece before Bibo+ was released, so if you experience clipping on the hips/thighs/butt make sure you use either the panties/tights included with this set, or other leg slot that is bbw, tf small/medium, or vanilla.
