Basically, I figured out the main reason why I had my depressive period and break so soon after returning to YouTube.

It was because I tried too hard to force myself into a neat schedule, with a certain part of the week being assigned to a certain show. That was new and interesting at first, but then it started to weigh on my shoulders with deadline pressures.

On top of that, the uniformity of the schedule made videos start to feel like they were more work than play. Which we can all agree ISN'T how it should be when it comes to reactions. I reckon that it played a huge part in my drop in motivation and need for a break.

There's also the fact that I've only been able to record one episode of RWBY so far this week, and I won't be able to record something again until sunday. Rather than rushing myself like usual for the sake of a hypothetical "norm" next week, it's time to go at my own pace again. I'll still try to get through RWBY ASAP, but the important difference is that I won't force myself uncomfortably.

Basically, starting from today I officially renounce the previous schedule that I was operating. No more monday-wednesday-friday ideas. No more rigid cycle of content.

We're going back to uploads being posted whenever they've been recorded/edited, without being bound to a set day of the week or pecking order. This is the right call for both my recording motivation and my mental health in general.

I hit a burnout point pretty quickly with how things were, I underestimated the grind.
Things on my end should be a lot smoother now, and it will benefit my productivity in the long run.

IMPORTANT SIDE NOTE:
Patrons still get everything a week early!
In fact, returning to freeform uploading guarantees it!
(Since there won't be an official YouTube deadline for anything.)

I completely understand. Do what you can, when you can. I certainly never mean for you to feel pressured. You should be able to enjoy creating reactions for us and without that pesky deadline weighing over your shoulders. Take care of yourself first, and I will look forward to more Once Upon a Time whenever you're able to put out more reactions for it! Stay healthy, and be happy, my friend. Sincerely, Heidi

I completely understand. It was nice being able to know when you would upload something but it was negatively affecting your mental health that much by all means do what's best for yourself. I will still look forward to whenever you are able to upload and I can't wait to see what you think of the rest of RWBY volume 7. Also I feel like this might make the reactions better simply because you are under less stress and pressure. I hope you're doing well and I wish you good luck with life in general. Your videos are always really entertaining and I really find joy watching you react to things. Keep up the great work at whatever pace works best. :-) <3
