End of April (Patreon)

so we kinda released a bit late for april

a bit of context on what happened for the month of april-

-1. lost an artist since they moved on to another job
-2. taking care of the new baby most of the time
-3. looking for a new place to move
-4. Hiring new artists for the month of may
-5. Cancellation of tier 1 v2
-6. gradually shifting from quantity to quality


1. So our artists that worked with us since october 2022 has moved on to pursue other work in another company, which was a bit of a stagger on our workflow. The artist provided us with great minis over the few months, but we did expect that it was temporary since it was commission based. I had to work on all the miniatures for this month

2. Baby came out during the 21st of feb, premature, so we had to deal with the monstrous bills since he stayed in the incubator for a long while. we could release march a bit earlier since it was made during feb since we expected the baby to come by april.

3. spent the month of april looking for a new place to move into since we needed a dedicated space to do work with laser cutting and resin printing, having the baby around has made things restricted since fumes from them could cause harm

4. we're trying to expand to other themes of miniatures so we're hiring new people for new ideas and creations. this will not affect TBM's military themes

5. as i've stated back then, we cancelled the tier 1 v2 since its getting hard to manage what should be tier 1, 2, and 3. what makes something special, what makes it exclusive, why is it just tier 1, all that stuff. we're hoping to have just 1 tier where every miniature we release is considered special

6. Gradually shifting from quantity to quality- Unfortunately for this month, i couldn't give the best quality for the miniatures since it was quite hard to work with everything that's been happening. the heist miniatures were a good idea for me but wasn't executed the best way possible. hoping i can get back to this in the future and make a better release



We'll be moving to a new place on the 1st week of May, so work won't start till mid of May
