Change to tier 1 patron subscription (Patreon)

we'll be unpublishing the 1$ subscription and changing it to 4$ and access to 5 miniatures

so if we have a regular release that only has 1 theme of 10 miniatures, we'll divide it into 2 sets


Decided to do this since it is still a bit hard to make new folders or links for every request
