For werewolves, full moons are when they are at their strongest - their hides are tougher, they heal faster, and they feel less pain. Things are just more vivid, and for werewolf packs, it means it's always the best opportunity for pack-bonding, meaning hunts, orgies etc. 

While he's on the job, Soap's full moons are commonly dealt with via play-fighting. Gaz and Price have already experienced full moons with soap when they've managed to work together in the past, so this is all standard for them.
