Changes for Tier 3 rewards (Patreon)

Tier 3 reward benefit from having voting right for next waifu changes to be able to request 1 half body black and white commission from me.

Why?
- currently there are only 1 patron in Tier 3, giving voting right to just 1 patron doesn't seem like a voting system at all.

How is it compare to my usual commission outside of patreon?
- my price for full body full color commission is 50 USD (starting price), if half body black and white commission outside of patreon, i will charge around 10-15 USD. Thus commissioning me for half  body black and white via patron is much cheaper (and no extra charges for detailing).

What if patron in tier 3 doesn't send me request for that term?
- i will treat it as null order for that term and see as you just want to pay extra to me (thank you), but if you have an idea or character in mind, do message me.

When will be this changes applied?
-this term/month until further notice

I know my fanbase is small, but i want to give back something for my patrons. This is to ensure everyone gets something with the money they pay for.
