“Dorky and clumsy "Irma Langinstein" (Her first appearance was in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1987 series) Irma is tied to a wooden chair with her bare feet raised up on a wooden table with an unknown person (all you see is his expensive suit sleeve and his white glove) tickling her long bare soles with an ICE CUBE instead of a feather! Fully clothed. Only her feet are naked. Irma is laughing hysterically.”
