Did you at least get payed first or partial?

not pay yet. cause the commissioner want full color version. I alway ask the payment when showing the sketch. After receive the payment then i will continue work on full color

Oh just asking cause I’ve seen a lot of artist ask payment upfront or partial to avoid things like this especially once they become more known
