In Japanese name マフモフ Mafumofu i don’t know how to read as English, I think her name Mafumof is better for speaking.

Base color is done, move to Cell Shade effect, i mostly use dark color on Shade Layer ( Depend on your SAI Version)

The Magic Circle i took from internet ( Really sorry the owener of Magic Circle ) And add light Effect. Don’t forget about glowing of her staff and the body.
