Tier addition (Patreon)

I updated both tiers for the commission discount stuff that is usually on my chart, but not publicized for when I open initially ( I will likely reopen commissions sometime in March )

Possibly in May, I may add a 4th tier for a guaranteed commission/reward cycle of some sorts but still figuring that out
