Reward Update: Tiers/Streams/Polls (Patreon)

I have updates the rewards and will be re-introducing weekly streams every Friday where you'll be able to chat with me while I draw. Still debating on making a Patreon Discord server (would anyone be interested in that?) Also bringing back polls to go along with the streams. Stay tuned for the first poll at the start of October.

I have also added and removed certain rewards in the tiers, nothing extreme but some changes I feel needed to happen to give everyone what they want and to keep me on track with putting out content in a timely manner.
