Included here is a slightly fixed version of the shadows. You can compare with the 3rd image to see where the shadow placement has changed. 

I'm definitely going to try to do this style in the future because it's pretty fun!

I looked at stills from Perfect Blue and Berserk rather than emulating Sailor Moon which I think is more commonly done. I'm gonna try simplifying some of the shadows and values since that's pretty important in animation.
