Descriptions:

a) Royal Treatment: The hands are pampering her while she rests on her beach chair, that includes bringing her food and drinks, just small snacks and drinks, she ends up in a trance from the relaxation and that’s where the evil hands show up to switch places with the good hands, they start bringing in more and bigger dishes and gallons of drinks and feeding it to her, she doesn't notice any of this until she starts to fill a little full, she snaps out of it and notices her overstuffed belly, now awake the hands hold her while they keep force feeding her as she gets bigger and fatter, as the evil hands start bringing in dessert (giant cake) she rolls over and breaks free by landing on the evil hands, now laying on her belly and not really upset about the situation she starts to eat the cake by herself this time.

b) Queen sized: Hands try to upgrade her title, they sit her on a throne but realize is too big for her and she doesn't look very imponent sitting on it, so instead of making a smaller throne they just decide to make her bigger instead, they bring in a huge tank with an unknown substance (most likely just lard), the shove a hose in her mouth and start to feed her, her entire body fattens up but most of seems to be going to her butt, at this point her rear is fat enough to fill the throne, but she likes the feeling of power and asks for more, putting the hose back in her mouth on her own, the tank gets emptied and she’s now looking massive, the throne now crushed under her fat butt that now works as the new throne for this fat monarch.

c) Sumo Training: Looking to improve her fighting skills she starts training at the recently inaugurated Kingdom’s Sumo Dojo , the put her in a sumo outfit as the present her with the first challenge, she eats huge amounts of food to grow a gut once is big enough they test it’s strength by making her break through objects with it, for her next challenge she has to eat a whole feast by herself, growing to reach sumo form (fat and tall), when she finishes she lets out a big burp and rises her arms in celebration as the hands clap at her accomplishment, at the end we see her burst through the walls of the dojo her gut now strong enough to destroy concrete as she strikes a pose, ready for a fight.
