-While trying Scuba diving her tanks start to malfunction and begin to inflate her while underwater until she emerges out of the water in a Uber. -While trying to find a volleyball ball she encounters a shop run by the claws that drag her into the shop and then begin to inflate her until she ends up as a giant ball that is used to play. - While suffering from the heat in the beach the hands offer her a tropical soda that she quickly drinks entirely and due to it being very carbonated just moving begins to inflate parts of her body as she tries to get out the air in her body it goes to her hands, her head, her legs until finally all the air goes to her whole body and ends with her inflating into an Uber state.

I have two suggestions, but one is an absolute wildcard I'd literally never expect you to go for, I just gotta try -Toes in the Sand: April is just enjoying lounging on the beach with her feet dug into the sand, some kind of weird creature(or just a modified Evil Hand that's like a scorpion or something) comes along and stings her feet. They rapidly swell up and send a big cloud of sand everywhere, becoming comically large and swollen/puffy compared to her, and the non-evil hands come along with some soothing ointments to rub on them to help reduce their size so she can actually walk. -More reliable one: Some new tanning lotion/sun screen she's trying out actually makes her skin super-absorbent because it's experimental. She's invited to come play in the ocean, but within an hour she's starting to swell up noticeably and it kicks into high gear at some point, making her a big, bottom-heavy/monobutt water balloon whose feet can barely touch the ground to walk, so she has to get the hands to help her shuffle along until she's able to get all that water back out. Could even warrant a shot of her stuffed into a sauna or attempting to exercise on the beach to try to sweat it out over time.

Puffer Up: On a deepsea exploration, April has an unexpected encounter with either a pufferfish or a pufferfish mermaid. She waved before they decide to have some fun, taking in air before blowing it right into her, sending her upward and floating on the water's surface, wiggling her hands and feet. Blue Hawaiian: April gets served a drink of the same name and drinks it on the beach. After which, she starts turning blue and fills up with juice before ending up a big beach blanket blueberry. New Swimsuit: April gets a strange new swimsuit which is slowly inflating her breasts and butt into an hourglass. She remains oblivious till she ends up stuck in a doorway. Dolphins are Jerks: April does some interviews on the beach and ends up accidentally getting on a dolphins badside. The dolphin then starts shooting out water, which hits right in April's mouth, filling her up more and more until she's on her back completely waterlogged with the dolphin laughing.

April is reporting the weather and when she mention stuff about it her body gets effected. Like saying there's increase wind pressure and wind starts inflating her. Report there's going to be a heavy downpour as a bunch of water enters her mouth to expand her. Mention there's going to be a full moon and her butt expands so much that it rips out of her jumpsuit.

Slime cameraman: a hand that is tired of working wants to jump off a building, after a while a crowd gathers watching the hand, april arrives with his cameraman who is a slime, april tries to enter the building and go up to the top floor to interview the hand, but other hands prevent him, while april is arguing with the hands, the slime while watching april and the hands arguing comes up with an idea and then enters april's ass and when the slime enters completely it starts to expand and april feels and sees how its heavy bottom is growing until it reaches the same height as the building, the hand turns around and is surprised with the size of the reporter's heavy bottom and the reporter asks him if he can interview her for a while.

So they decide to bring a barrel of radioactive waste and dump some of it on April. Her breasts and butt grow to huge proportions, which boosts the viewership of the broadcast and garners a big crowd around her. The hands then decide to dump more of the radioactive waste on her to further increase her popularity. Her breasts and butt grow to gargantuan proportions and skyrockets her ratings through the roof.

Pizza Pool: April O' Neil is submerged into a public swimming pool size pizza pie that stands waist-deep. With her trusty mic in hand, here she's meant to give a detailed analysis of this monstrosity of Italian-American cuisine, likely making snarky comments about the absolute nightmare of logistics this beast must have been to make, only to constantly interrupt her speech to lick her cheese-coated fingertips which ultimately culminates to the point of her cheeks being filled to the brim with cheese. Incapable of speaking and her head resembling a giant hamster more than a woman's, she's forced to chew until she swallows a gigantic glob that looks like a beach-ball traveled down her throat. However she looks intensely satisfied with this and begins to go on a gluttonous rampage until the entire 'pool' (including the crust) now resides in her belly.

April sees a beautification booth at the beach and decides to try out (thinking it'd make for a fun story at the very least) and tells them to pretty her up so she can impress her turtle friends. The hands (or whoever is holding the device inside) zaps her, thinking that she wanted to turn INTO a turtle like them. Irritated at the device, the zappers try to make it right and blast her again, thinking it'd revert the effects, but instead all it does is make her bigger the longer she's exposed to it. The device malfunctions and April blows up and up until she's a huge turtle blimp that everyone on the beach (including the ninjas themselves) can admire.

April sees two little slim balls one is green with some bubbles come off it and another that looks like a beach ball and they look cute and April thinks so as well but the green slime ball goes to her mouth and starts to inflate her breast and butt to a huge hourglass body then the beach ball smile ball goes in as well and that makes her whole body inflate like a huge beach ball that almost covers the whole beach and April seems to like the whole thing and her belly is showing two little smiling face from the two slime balls

I have two ideas for uber inflation: - switch up: April o'neil is preparing to film the aquarium life by strapping up an air tank on her back. In the mean time the hands find out they accidentally switched the labels on the air tanks with helium labels on air tanks and air labels on helium. They tried to warn april but are too late when april turns on the valve. She immidiately start to inflate with her curves (boobs and butt) first, belly next (and biggest). her limbs also inflate together with her fingers and toes and eventually her entire face and facial features start to inflate too until she becomes a guant uber weather blimp overshadowing the entire beach. - underwater prank: April o neil is currently underwater taking photos of the underwater life. Instead of an air tank strapped on, she gets her air trough a hose that leads to several air tanks on a boat. The evil hands see this and come up with a prank. They turn the air valve on full blast and april o'neil gets surprised by the sudden rush of air entering her. She starts to inflate (just like the first suggestion) into an uber blimp. Eventualy we see her, floating on the water surface uber inflated and the boat rests on one of her buttcheecks.

Bingus

April eats something extremely sour and needs a drink while at a lake for a swim. It's however way too sour for her and she immediately rushes to the lake and drinks and drinks until she's satisfied. But then the evil hands come along and shove a vaccum into her throat and shoves the hose into the water, forcing her to drink all of the lake, making her uber inflated with water.
