I think this episode demonstrates so well why BTS as a whole works. As fun and positive as the existence of the group is (for us and them), at the end of the day it is their job and how they make a living. I love seeing the way they took the honest, constructive feedback, and I appreciated the way the staff member worded everything. She never singled anyone out and said that ultimately it was up to them what they did with the feedback. They didn’t get to the top by never receiving constructive criticism. What I love is that not once did one member point their finger or roll their eyes. They just took in the feedback, watched the clips for themselves, and identified the areas that needed work. I love watching this kind of content from the guys because it makes me re-evaluate how I approach things in my life. When my work teammates give me feedback it’s not because they hate me or think I’m doing a bad job. They just know I am capable of more. Reframing my approach to things because of what I learn from Bangtan is one of the many, many beneficial things they’ve given me. Loving watching this with you, Landon!

I know it’s hard but I’m actually glad the boys have those kind of people around, people that will tell them how it is and just keeping it honest. Because there’s way to many artists and celebrities who have what you call “yes people “ and it’s not good for them! So our boys are getting the best treatment possible from their staff 💜 Also Landon don’t worry about how many subscribers you have , I know it’s easier said then done, but at the end of the day it’s reactors like you who are the real ones, not the ones with thousands of followers ! Keep that in mind 💜
