I don't think Jin ever had any intention of using the star card. I think he 'tried' to deal with Suga and J-Hope because it would cause them to believe he didn't have enough cards to win, thereby casting suspicion away from him during the vote, lol.

To this day, "Operation 007" is still my favorite episode of RUN. It had all the things that I love: scavenger hunts, fun mini-games, and surprise twists! I couldn't wait for you to get to this 2 parter and your reaction did not disappoint! I'm so glad you enjoyed it!
