Hellllllo everyone! IT IS HERE! In this video, I will be reacting to the brand new video for the Japanese single from BTS, Film Out! This new song is from their upcoming Japanese album called The Best (which is an accurate phrase for them 😌). As usual, I wanted to give 24 hours for ARMY to focus on streaming, so I will be posting on YT tomorrow. πŸ’œ I hope that you all enjoy it as much as I did, and let's continue to stream FILM OUT!

Landon, the regular BigHit into isn't on the previous Japanese MV's, so there's a possibility that it hasn't changed. We'll know when a Korean MV comes out. Also, I'm not sure about the story line and this MV. Could be that it's related to the show that it will be showcased in only or it could be a combination that happens to work out for both. I wouldn't put it past BigHit to purposely find a show that would allow that combination. As for the BU symbol, is it on the BST Japanese video? I don't know but maybe it can't officially be placed on the Japanese MV's. Either way, it's a lovely song with some outstanding lyrics, vocals, and visuals!

More than likely, this is not about the BU at all. This song is an OST for a movie based on a series called Signal. There are a number of similarities between the BU and Signal. Signal is about 2 cops, one in the past and one in the "present" that are able to talk across time, with a specific radio. They work together to solve crimes and try to save people. The memories of the people in the future change with changes made in the past. The cop in the future is also trying to save the life of the cop in the past. The past cop just disappears one day, supposedly stealing money and running off. The future cop has to try and find out what really happened so he can warn him and try to prevent his death. They aren't that many years apart, so there are people who are in both times. Also, Jin is with the guys but he also stands apart, watching them, in two places at once. There are 7 people in the room that Jin is looking at, not 6. That's a lot more like Signal than the BU. Jin is a pivotal character in the BU. He never just stands back and watches the others. I think that JK and possibly Tae are the past cop and Jin is the future cop. The future cop tells the past cop what he knows and then has to just sit back and wait, to see if the past cop can change things. Sometimes the future cop doesn't give the past cop much time to fix something. That's probably where the hourglasses come in. That's my thoughts on it, anyway, and I've watched the Korean version of Signal, the whole series. It's on Netflix.

And also, everyone pointing out how it's Jin, and Jin was the protagonist in the BU - Jin was specifically CHOSEN as the visuals, and is often used as the protagonist for conveying emotions and stories. So it makes sense for them to use him for this OST as well. Because that is what they picked him for in the first place, and he's damned good at it. He's doing his job, not playing the same part.
