Hey guys! Like I said in my last video, the song Paldogangsan realllly threw me for a loop when I was reacting to O!RUL8,2?. Yes!! So glad that you watched this and seemed to understand the point of the song, even if a few tiny details still allude you. As a fellow American, I think there are some attitudes attached to some of our dialects, even if they aren't correct. Like there are negative connotations if you speak like a "Valley Girl" or "Surfer Dude". Or maybe a gentle southern drawl makes you assume a person is more polite. Or New York or Boston accents might make you think the person is tougher and not to be messed with. Stuff like that. And where BTS plays with the difference in words, we have that too. Regions have different words for the same things: cart/buggy, soda/pop/coke, sneakers/tennis shoes, you guys/y'all, etc.

You’re honestly not alone, I’ve been an army for over 5 years and I had never seen the explanation for this song but still bopped to it 🤣 I kinda knew what was going on because of their choreo but not that in depth so I learned with you!!!
