Hi fish fries!!

Now that we got our most recent update out of the way (thank you all so much for the support by the way, I am so incredibly blessed and it was so touching to read all the notes everyone left on their orders 😭) I can finally start previewing some new designs I have! 

I've had this idea in the works and have been planning for this upcoming release for almost a year: a DEEP SEA collection!! The deep sea holds such a special place in my heart, I know to a lot of people it can appear intimidating because we know so little about it, but the very little that we DO know fascinates me to no end and the animals found in the deep sea have some of the most diverse physical attributes I've ever seen. 

Anyways I don't wanna gush about it too much, but this collection will hopefully release this fall in September so I'll be updating with some more cool designs and plans in these next few months!

One of my first shirt designs were from the Ocean Commotion series, which were embroidered t-shirts featuring 3 designs: Oarfish Organization, Nautilus Network, and Coelacanth Society! I've retired those designs from my shop for a while, as I felt the art was getting outdated and wanted to come back with something better in the future which I finally got around to doing this week!

As you can see, I did make quite a few changes--instead of t-shirts I went with zip ups (and I chose to work with zip ups specifically since I haven't really made any to be sold on my shop in a while!)! In addition, I was able to incorporate sleeves AND a full back design! The new designs will feature screenprinting instead of embroidery--partially because it's more expensive to work with embroidery on a larger scale.

The zip up hoodie colours I've looked at unfortunately have a very limited selection of colours, but I went with a navy blue to go with the ongoing theme of the deep sea! I'm personally super happy with how these came out and to see how much my style has developed since I last made the original designs! 

Of course, we'll have more designs too that I'll be sneak peeking over these next few months, but I definitely wanted to show you all these first, I'm really excited to see how the screenprinting looks in person and hope to get some samples done soon!
