My laptop has never experienced such a heavy load before. I literally barely managed to render the final map and now I'm happy to present you the Guild House for your players.

On last month's demo I already showed you the guild entrance where I placed a small bedroom, an office, a conference table and a small bar.

Today I'd like to tell you what made it onto the final map and what I gave up:

More bedrooms, servants' rooms, and entertainment rooms are things you'd better keep in your villa - first and second floor.

Armory and Treasury are probably the most popular rooms that you wanted in the guild and I agree with you there. In case you want to stash even more riches, there's a bank in town here and I'm going to make a map of the bank interior too.

Laboratory and Library are also very important rooms for both research and experiments.

Smithy - of course! If you need a huge forge to serve an entire army, it will soon be available as a separate map.

Kitchen. I'm not sure when your players find the time to cook, but I still made it, combined with a small warehouse. By the way, a few warehouses will also soon be available on my patreon.

Teleportation Circle is a must for high-level characters and now it's there.

Herb Garden. The usual backyard garden isn't good for growing magical ingredients, so I've tried to make this place right in the building as magical as possible.

Praying Room. Now your cleric has a place for a quick prayer, and for proper worship he should go to a temple or a cathedral.

Planning Room is a place where only guild leaders and their closest associates are allowed.

Training Area will welcome your fighters and archers, while a monk can meditate in the Garden not far from them.

There are 2 possible entrances / exits from the GUILD HOUSE map - one on the lower basement floor, and another one is stairs that can lead to the GUILD ENTRANCE or to a tower.

Here you can download abandoned and renovated versions of the guild (.mp4, .webm and .jpeg) together with room props that you can use to rebuild the guild little by little:

Great map! I'm probably overthinking this, but the entrance and house are the same size; is it implied they should be stacked? And if so, is there an appropriate place for an entrance to the house from the entrance?

Rob Leonard

Yeah, I love these maps and the props we can use as the players spend their gold to renovate various sections. But I have roughly the same question because it isn't obvious to me how you get from the Entrance map to the House map.

There are 2 possible entrances / exits from the Guild House map - one is the lower basement floor, and another one is stairs at the top right corner of the map

Christopher

What program do you use to make these maps?

Phillip Tanner

yeah, I don't get it at all, even if you said that the stairs in the top-right from the basement level are accessed in the entrance underneath the walkway at the top right of the building, the garden in the basement level doesn't jive at all with the upper level. I'm probably just going to have to use these as completely separate places as I can't reconcile them. maybe I'm missing something?
