A fitting ending to my convention visit would be nothing other than taking my cosplay to the streets and maybe even removing the pasties! what did you all think of my cosplay overall?

Love it, and hope to see more sexy cosplay! Lots more Kill La Kill outfits you could do. And another one to check out is Queen's Blade, which does a similar sort of thing where it goes out of it's way to put everybody in absurdly sexy outfits, but keeps it JUST tame enough that it can be "respectable".

There's a tricky thing about Ryuko in Senketsu that I've never seen any cosplay get right. And understandably, because it'd be very hard to do, but would make it a lot sexier! So the back of the skirt actually sits super low in the anime, well below the top of her ass. Of course, that's not actually how waistbands work. I think to make it work, you'd have to construct it like a sling bikini (and maybe use some tape to hold the bottoms in place) and then just hang the skirt off it. And I looked up a bunch of Ryuko cosplayers, some of them professionals, and none of them managed this. But I figure if anybody would actually try, it'd be the one whose explicitly an exhibitionist!)
