Patch 0.4.2! (Patreon)

This is just a small bug fix update to address some minor issues in 0.4.1, nothing significant has changed or been added.

Changelog:

• Fixed an issue that caused the tabletop random name generator to change your character's real name instead of their tabletop character
• Reduced the experience required to increase your stomach capacity by 33%
• Corrected some typos
